I don't know why anyone would make a mountain out of a mole hill. If you do online, for example Grindr. Have a profile pic of your face. Be willing to go out or do something in public. I have 25+ years in the game and I am now semi-retired. Happy to share what I know. Assuming your goal is to fuck without having to pay for it (give up the raw dog fantasy. I caught 2 STDs doing it. Not worth it):

1. Be good looking. This always helps.
2. Hang out where you can find TS. Try TS bars, TS club nights, drag shows, gay bars, straight/mixed dance clubs, ethnic dance clubs (Asian or Latin), makeup counters at department stores, or just walk around the downtown of a big city.
