In the early 2010's there was a trend of production that started to include it, but people have pulled back over time. The current administration has such a hard lean to the far right and with a conservative leaning court, I don't think anyone wants to be a test case.

I should also mention payment processors since they have a huge say in what content can be done on a website. For example, on one platform I use I can't have the phrase "Fuck you like an Animal" even if it is a metaphorical use as it could be perceived as sliding into obscenity. Their allowances can change over time as well.
