I used to think like that. Up until recently I had this idea in the back of my head that most of the partygoing women were simply hoes doing the 'pay my rent' pickup bar thing. The reason that transsexual women are so often seen as sexual objects is that because the majority of the time, our only interaction with them is in a sexual sense. I 100% second this.

There are great guys out there who are looking for more than just sex, who want a relationship, intimacy, love, and will be there to support you on an emotional level. I know, I've met and communicated with quite a few, honest, good guys who are comfortable in their sexuality and are looking for what you're looking for, who I would not give a second thought to introducing to the people in my life.
