It sounds like your wife thinks that boobs are what makes a transsexual. It's never made any sense to me to reduce femininity to that one dimension, but unfortunately it's common view. That's why I'm sure KK will eventually succumb to pressure and get herself a pair.

To me a trans is someone who lives and presents publicly as a female and has taken significant steps to become more feminine (eg taking hormones), with or without boobs.
