Need help identifying a performer.

I've been trying to find out who the performer is in the bottom right corner section of this DVD. It's from 'Bitch You Gotta Alot Of Balls' from Jake Steed Prod. back in 2006. I know it's a long shot, but she's been my white whale and i'm dying to see more.
