The actual odds are a lot lower actually - she'd have to have an STD would be the biggest factor, then if she didn't cum in you (or bleed in you) it's lower again.

Where did you get those 'official estimates' ?

I don't want to get into a debate on statistics - but then that 1:100ish isn't right. I assume we're talking HIV, so that assumption is that 1:100 people have HIV (so it's a 1:100 chance you get the person affected with 100% chance of infection if you have sex with them).
