I think people on here fail to realize what a boon the demise of backpage is.
The guys with good hygiene, who make appointments and show up, and don't negotiate continue to enjoy access to the same girls who look like their pics and deliver the services they advertise.
What has been eliminated at the fakes, as well as the girls who post in locals they will probably never visit because they are fishing for interest to see if its worth travelling there.

In my area, mid-hudson valley, there are surely less than 10 real girls. However there were always upwards of 30 different girls advertised. Many were fakes, but many were also in neighboring locals using the "nearby cities" option to post in adjacent regions. Given the size of the area, few guys truly in the hudson valley were willing to travel that far anyway- so their ads were just noise.

Personally, I have always limited my number of appointments. I have always been able to book my desired number of appointments for the week. I don't see certain clients, and I don't negotiate on price.

While Backpage was a cost effective advertising medium, most inquiries that resulted were time wasters, late night drunks, guys fishing for phone sex or video chat, pic collectors, etc.. The conversion rate to actual dates was low and the time spent screening clients was too irritating.

Now I have for fewer inquiries, but the same number of dates. I trust every other real ts escort (or gg) is having the same experience. In fact, the demise of backpage may even cause a barrier of entry to new talent, allowing girls who have proven they can deliver to reap the benefits.

Interesting observations I discovered.

The new website bedpage.com times out when trying to get to it. Erotic monkey intermittantly times out. Agregate sites Babylon.com only resolves to Canada and prompts you to ask if you are American or not.

I just installed Tor browser and through that I can log in to TER and see my profile and reviews. In fact I have access to the entire site. Attempting to post isnt wise as they would probably kill my account. Also I can get to bedpage through Tor and it works fast but the ads all seem to be bogus ads trying to get you to go to a pay dating site and use a card. but its a start

Fuck Backpage.

Sorry, but the only stuff I ever found there were f[l]akes that posted other gurls' images as their own (I know Sascha and where/when she was, so finding her image on ads in random places was always a bit of a surprise...On the upside, she was amused at her popularity). As for Craig's List, I've always had an issue with a website for which murders were named. Again, a lot of fake ads.

But this SESTA/FOSTA bullshit goes a lot deeper than that and, admittedly, there were some genuine gurls that depended on BP and CL out of sheer budget reasons. Shit happens. I have my own site, my number is available in enough places apparently that new customers - real clients not window shoppers - can find it.
