    Default Onlyfans question.

decided to Subscribe to Jane Marie and Domino the other day. The very next day my account subscribed to 3 random accounts all international GGs totaling about 40$ I reached out to Customer service Sunday and Monday to get a refund but so far no answer. Has this happened to anyone else?

I wanted to wait for CS before filing a chargeback, but it looks like this might be my last resort with the customer service being obsolete.

I tried to give them a few days at least considering it was a weekend and a holiday in the states. Says they'll cancel my account if I do a chargeback and all sales final, but thats BS if I didn't order these in the first place.

Never use their service, I know websites sometimes have cross sales that you have to check a box to decline signing up for another site. I don't know if that's an issue. It seems to be a very interesting business model https://onlyfans.com/how/

And THAT’S why I’m hesitant to sign up for these things. A shame really; I’d love to support the gals...but alleged shady practices is a turnoff.

well, I waited 3 days and no reply so I reported the charges as fraud. Just a heads of beware with the site for any future subscriptions, I will be removing my acct asap.

    You shouldn't be.

There are plenty of other really legitimate card processors out there, Epoch, Vendo and Payze are three we use which are very good. Also companies (like Grooby) who don't want to pay the 10-16% to CCBill for doing very little, get their own merchant accounts to be profitable. The agreement you have is with your credit card company and they should protect you in the event of anything untoward happening. In the first instance, contact the company direct and see if you can resolve it between you. We'll nearly always resolve a customers issues directly. Less ethical companies who don't want to do that, simply call the credit card company and tell them it was an illegal charge. The rules are very strict.
