I was just wondering how much could be made in this business, considering that trans porn is such a niche market...

That's a bit of a 'how long is a piece of string' question. I've been running this company for 25 years. We have about 15 full time employees worldwide, and about 12-15 freelance producers. The company makes money and gives us a good living (otherwise why would we do it?) and it's afforded me a very decent lifestyle - but I work 60+ hrs a week (or does an entrepreneur ever stop working?), that's not a complaint BTW just a fact, I enjoy my work. But I don't have a fleet of cars, a private jet or multiple properties.

If you look at how many websites in this niche have tried and failed, for various reasons, it might give you a better idea. I don't know anyone successful in the adult industry who doesn't work extremely hard, but also enjoy what they do.

Most of them are pretty cool. I don't want to call our anyone for being bitchiest - but you'll see some stars that we don't ask back because they're difficult to work with. Most girls are nice and friendly on set, but some can get ornery later when they aren't offered enough extra work.
Girls who have been nicest? Foxxy always comes to mind for almost all producers, she's lovely. Morgan of course. Korra, Casey, Lena, Shiri, Nat Mars, Nat Chen, Lianna, Melanie B, Aphrodite Adams, Ivory M, Daisy T, Natassia Dreams, the list goes on. Treat people with respect, and they'll usually give it back.

They're a bit dated and out of touch with today. I might work on something else but most of the stories would end up offending or triggering someone or other.

There will be a book eventually full of the funny or crazy shit. We had a girl who came to a shoot claiming to be a postop trans girls. Photos came in, I thought that's the best job I've ever seen. I emailed her, talked to her, and she kept up the pretence. We googled her a bit, found out that she's been cis-female (presenting) who transitioned to trans male, and then de-transitioned back to female presenting but claimed to be trans female. Confused? We were. It's difficult because instead of me being able tell her she's either a fucking liar, or batshit crazy, I just had to dump the shoot, otherwise I'd be accused of not letting people be who they want to be (which I'm fine with unless I'm hiring you for something specific).

Lot's of comedy and horror shows surround poop or things flying out of asses.
Damazo slipping on cum and breaking his toe.
A model stealing my watch and my slippers !?!? - and then faking her death a few years later. I won't give her name but her initials are Lisa Cage!
A very overweight camera assistant appearing on set for Allanah's first shoot with me, wearing only his giant Y-fronts 'because it's too hot' - I kicked him out of the room.
Most of the stuff we see, or hear from sets we can't really talk about but most days I'm putting out a fire somewhere.
