Considering how easy it is to set up a page on tip based cam sites these days has it became harder to find models? When you do is it now a case of doing a scene for your company to bring exposure and drive their cam fan base?

I think they are two separate animals. While some cam performers can do extremely well, others can spend hours to make only a few dollars. The smartest girls, seem to work all angles - they take the guaranteed paid shoots when available (for the guaranteed cash - and as you stated, to drive their base back to cams).

It's not harder to find models, sadly, we have too many models great models and we're unable to accommodate as many of them as we'd like.

Thanks for the reply. My observation would be there are at least two important variables to a cam girl. Looks and personality. The ones doing best financially seem to have both. Then they don't quit when the success isn't instant.

Most of them are real people. Well they're all 'real' people but most of them are just like anyone else and go about their day to day life like that. There are always a few assholes but most are grounded and down to earth. Aubrey, Natalie Mars, Morgan Bailey, Foxxy, Venus, Yasmin etc are all people I've seen outside the studio/shows and very cool. Lot's of the girls are involved in non-porn type things. Madison is very very cool.

on the basis of their social media that isn't private, it always seems like they are trying to live the jet set/high profile life. plus, on the occasions where I have been able to meet the more famous girls, they have always been on the job so it is difficult to ascertain their "real" personalities. Their porn persona would have you believe they are all dick-starved nymphos, but I guess that is the point.
