Anytime you're working with a niche within a niche (and trans porn isn't as huge a niche as people think it may be) it gets difficult to make budgets work. As this would be 100% hardcore site, even with one update a week you're looking at a hefty budget.

The other problem is, you need to find both producers and models who are REALLY into it. If they're not, the content looks non-authentic and people don't want to buy it, that's what happened in part with TransexDomination.
