I'm pretty sure the digestive system breaks down DNA so you are not absorbing genetic material, just a bunch of proteins, etc. In any case, the amount of human DNA would be miniscule compared to all the DNA from animals, birds, fish and plants you eat. DNA's in everything, not just in sperm.
