    I’m 39. I eat healthy(green veggies, high protein, low carbs, very low sugars) keep alcohol to a minimum, get plenty of sleep, don’t smoke, work out(lift weights, hike with heavy rucks, run, jiu jitsu) 5-6 days a week.

    Try not to fap more than 1-2 times a week,lol. No fapping is great for building up heavy creamy loads.

    Usually I have zero issues getting hard and maintaining wood. Granted, it’s not like when I was in my 20’s but I think a healthy lifestyle is key. That and keep fapping to a minimum.
