    Geschlechtsangleichende Operation (ie gender harmonisation surgery/ gender conforming surgery) - that's what Germans call it.

    Seems,she had it done at age 16.

    I guess people buy playboy for the articles? One you seen hardcore porn, it's hard to go back to softcore porn. I shouldn't say that suicide girls exist, but so does burning angel.
