WHY do you like trans women?

is there a reason, or just because? for me, i dunno why. it was an evolution that started years ago, and long before trans porn or even trans issues became mainstream.

Interesting angle on an age old question (until someone responds with "cos they got dicks")

I wont bore you with the details of how I met my partner but prior to meeting her had no interest in, or real knowledge of, trans people.

Now, the majority of extended group of friends are somewhere on the trans spectrum or in relationships with someone who is.

Aside from the sexual aspect, I find I connect better with M to F trans people and think this may be about having a shared approach to life and practical things in general (no need for all that "Men are from Mars and women are from Venus stuff when you both started life on Mars).

I get on better with them as "mates" than with women. I've been married three times and have a fair bit of experience when it comes to how hard it can be understand women.

I like that my girlfriend can park my car properly. I don't like that she can kick my arse on Call of Duty.

My straight mates laterally queue up for the opportunity to come out and party with our group and have all commented on how exceptionally friendly, complimentary and welcoming all our friends are. I believe that this has something to do with Trans people being very understanding of what it is to seek acceptance and so are incredibly accepting of other.

And then there's the sex.

Others may disagree but here's my own experience.

It's great being with people who look like very attractive women but have a male attitude to sex. No hang ups, no issues, nothing that can't be said or discussed, a completely practical attitude to our shared male sex drives.

No bitching, no backstabbing, no jealousy, no unnecessary attachment of emotions, just a great attitude to sex.

So there it is. Be interesting to see what other people experiences and thoughts are.

Sorry, but I´m going to say "Cos they got dicks." From an aesthetic and sexual viewpoint at least.
Also, like Aticus I find I´m on the same wavelength as the vast majority of transgendered women.
Add to that respect and admiration for their courage , honesty and determination. Can´t always be easy when dad realises his "son" isn´t going to be a professional boxer or Play for Arsenal.

well... i think trans woman have both body parts of women and men so they understand the feelings hidden behind them and have broader concept to life itself
