Nikki Exotica might have spent 1 million but that's over like 20 years. She has been around since before I got into porno. I mean its still a huge number, but that's not all in one lump sum.

Given that open heart surgery costs around ~~ $50,000, and a google around UK cosmetic surgery sites ( e.g. https://www.mya.co.uk ) shows lesser procedures costing up to $3,000, with boob work somewhere south of $10,000. I am somewhat puzzled as to what anything more that $200,000 will get other than a VERY grateful surgical and nursing team and an increased chance of Post Operatic Confusion and Dementia.

QUESTION: How would you spend $1,000,000 on cosmetic surgery?

If I were paying that much then the nurses would have to look like supermodels AND wear tight fitting retro uniforms with a zip down the front, whatever their birth gender. (others may choose Male equivalent depending on orientation).
