ZMA is just generic name or zing & magnesium mineral pill.. many brands make it... fairly cheap $10-20 a bottle.. bigger loads, more stamina, and quicker regeneration time (ya know what im sayin..) use it once in awhile (so your body doesn't get used to it) but try to double the recommended dosage, and do not consume any calcium, because it blocks the absortion of the minerals....
take it with ephedra and asprin (so it is absorbed better and faster..)
