While I have mixed feelings about Bianca's new 'headrests', I must confess to missing her perky/puffy buds of seasons past.

It's a choice the gurls make. Be it personal, financial, emotional, it's their choice.

You have to remember that for most girls being passable and feeling female or feminine is more important being sexy in some porn. Just becuase her buds may have looked more natural when her clothes came off, they also may have got her clocked more in day to day live. On top of that she may have just really wanted bigger boobs that were more like what she feels represents a woman.

In her mind her buds could have been too much like her body before transitioning and represented a reminder of where she had come from.

Also in Brazil having work done is not frowned upon as much as it is here. So unntaural looking boobs is not as big of a deal.
