You did not read my post # 12 (=3 posts before yours) = It was already explained in the first link. That science has not yet been perfected and wont be available for some time to come .... the two egg long-shot is about as close as you will get using the technology of today.

It may be theoretically possible to replace a donor eggs DNA with a sperm's DNA, but most MtF's who have been on HRT for more than a few months will be infertile, so as a practical matter it's infeasible in almost all cases unless sperm has been frozen at the outset of HRT.
