Not really a Playboy buyer but could do with some clarification here ladies and gents.

Does the "centrefold" feature pics with the "open pie"? (Spread) in this case would they show if she were pre/post-op?

I think they just show the beauty of her bod without the "pie" shots.

What exactly would this be? If one is NOT going to be Operated on (SRS that is), How in the Hell can that person be Transitioning to female when there will be NO SRS operation??????????
