How much money to create new TS site?

Actually, creating a TS site is my dream for 20 years. I have seen it all.

I appreciate diversity in people, any kind of. I value every person on this planet.
Maybe that's why I love TS.

And I love feminism. Women and Men valued, no equal rights necessary anymore.

The website would not be only about porn, but appreciating and having highest art standard (like fashion wear, makeup,...)

Money is not the problem.

If I develop a decent business plan, I can attract the money.

if so, then not much in start-up costs.

Just get a domain name (even go-daddy permit porn sites), and then a hosting package. both are relatively inexpensive.

then find a niche.

and subscribe to some affiliate networks. maybe even if you know a porn star and/or studio, get them to sponsor you or you share revenues for her or their vids.

Also if you really wanted to do this - I can save you a lot of money before you even start by hiring me as a consultant and I'll tell you exactly how much it will cost you, where your failure points are and where your horizon will be for a return.

Yep. Fastest way to make money out of the business:be a consultant. The days of the 100k per month website operating out of a back bedroom or small industrial unit are almost totally in the past.

Your best up front investment is to get this book (or a similar one - but this one is excellent) and read it cover to cover about ten times.



Then put together your marketing plan. In doing so you will see that unless you have the resources and investors to produce the amount of new content that kink.com / pink visual / manwin etc manage to put out you are not going to have a serious and sustainable place in the market.

... and subscribe to a number of industry newsletters like Ynot.com .. you will get the opportunity to go to lots of tax deductible conventions in places like Las Vegas.

Other than that the only other alternative for a loss making trickle of income is to produce high quality trans specialised content, at the rate of roughly one a week, and kick off with a minimum of around 20 videos, but most trans niches all the way through to wedding dresses have been tackled, and much of it is available free via the usual suspects. Hence the need to find new stars and keep the site fresh: as your consultant will advise you.

You then have to build, host and operate the site, maintain its legality under various laws and keep it VISA and MasterCard friendly (...e.g. no ‘discoloured faces’ from face sitting .. LOL). If you are not tech literate then you need a number of separate skilled contractors / employees to do that.

For general amusement ... I went to a conference a couple of years ago where someone was talking about how dead the market was for selling adult oriented domain names. He had sold one domain name in the last year.
