It seems like a lot of the fake cock GG scanners work out of the same place, or at least have the same interior decorator. It's certainly possible to create multiple profiles on cb. I have several myself. To show nudity and collect tips, one has to get verified which probably complicates things a little but there are definitely models that broadcast on different profiles. I think that I've seen at least 3 or 4 profiles with this setup you showed here. I'm not sure they are all the same model. I did see at least one of them show tits and cock.
