For all you fans of Sienna, she underwent SRS on 10th July. She posted a pic of herself on her Facebook confirming the fact.
I'm sure that there will be quite a few who will miss her marvelous cock but we must wish her well for the future

i wish her well, but threads like this are pretty wrong imho. she's more than a cock, and she obviously had her reasons for getting into porn (maybe one of them was to get money for SRS). i doubt she gave a fuck about you when she decided to go for SRS.
