Oxwood closing June 3rd

Just wondering if there will be a lot of people going to the last night of Oxwood on June 3rd. It is going to be the same night as the Hamburger Mary's party in Long Beach. I hear there is going to be a new location.

Im surprised that dump is still open tbh. I dont go to either venues but Oxwood was truthfully uninspiring, with the many years it has been open no improvements at ALL!

It is strange that over the years, say since the late 90's, the Tgirl bars have just about vanished here in Los Angeles. No more Peanuts, Queen Mary, The Lodge, MJ's, Blue Moon Nights, and now The Oxwood. It's really too bad. I just don't get it.

I think more folks will be at HM since the majority had already attended the 10th anniversary party a few weeks ago.

All and all, you won't be missing much if you don't attend.

They do Serra's - aka the old Queen Mary - on the first Friday of the month...for now. They're still looking for a place for Saturday's though.

That's too bad about The Oxwood, the place wasn't much to look at but I had some great nights in that place. Have they found a new location for Saturday nights yet? Please post it here when they do announce a new Saturday spot.

I'm not really understanding this article. Is Zackary Drucker saying that men are not welcomed there. Every time I went on Saturday, it was mostly guys and trans women looking for guys. Has she ever been there?
