generally as you age, the features of the face such as nose lips and eyes get "pushed inward" into the face as the jowls come out and the head becomes larger. i have never seen a woman in her 40s look as good as she did in her 20s. that is not being realistic. however, vaniity has put on wayyyyy too much weight. if you are a sex worker and make money off your looks, you should watch your diet and keep the focus on staying out of the sun, not smoking or drinking, and relaxing when possible to reduce aging and always stay looking your best. if she lost weight and made some other changes with some surgical upgrades, she would be a pretty middle aged tgirl but you can't expect her to look like she did (a GODDESS) in her 20s.

a thin frame is indicative (more so than not) of a feminine frame and i look at kate moss, cindy crawford, and madonna along with some other girls in the public eye who have maintained their bodies.

chanel santini who is decades younger is following the same track as vaniity...she has put on considerable weight during the past few years compared to when she entered the industry. weight is the #1 factor that ages you on camera. you can cover up balding, acne, etc, but not weight. and carbs are what kills you. bread, pasta, rice, granola, etc. all make you fat.
