I don't know if this is in the thread Laphroaig posted but she said on her twitter why it is now bigger. She claims that when she first appeared nude she was taking hormone blockers and they suppressed her penis size. When she stopped taking them, her penis grew to the size it would have been had she never taken them. I do not know whether this is scientifically plausible but it sounds reasonable to me.

I don't think she's saying it is bigger than it would have been had she never taken hormone blockers but rather the same. And that she stopped taking hormones before her body was completely done developing. Unless she did something radical other than stop hormones, I'm inclined to believe stopping them made a difference.
