LA/Vegas and should I check out Sacramento/Portland/Seattle?

Well finally booked to head over to LA for Ru Pauls Dragcon next year going to spend a few days in LA.

Then have a couple of days to do some sight seeing, just not really sure where to look at going close to LA - if I go to Seattle do they have a good TS scene? or would I be better off looking at Scaramento or Portland.

Like Black T Girls, and Hung Angeles.

Going to finish off in Vegas.

Suggestions for what to do in Vegas and LA most welcome.
