I have often heard planning/prep mentioned by many, whether they are tops or bottoms and while I would never ever dismiss proper hygiene, at no time in my life has anal sex with a cis- or transgirl been necessarily planned other than when I knew I was going to hire an escort and even then, those were also spur of the moment decisions.
