Penis Size Integrity 2016 would create jobs! Thousands of "penis specialists" would be hired throughout the country in order to make this work. It would be a full time job with benefits. Erect penises will all be measured the same way-with the ruler pressed against the base and measured out to the tip. Girth would also be measured and listed. Girth will be measured with measuring tape at the thickest point of the erect penis. Only this way can we ensure that all penises are measured properly!!
