Use the Ru Paul's Drag Race test - if you can watch a young Carmen Carrera or Sonique pre transition doing drag and find them attractive then and now then you are probably fine seeing these sort of pre transition pics. If you cant then avoid these sort of threads at all cost.

As far as I'm concerned those girls were hot then and they are hot now as are Tatiana Now, Violet Chachki, Courtney Act, Delore Delano and a lot of the other drag queens on the show. I prefer transsexual women to drag queens but a beautiful looking lass is still a beautiful looking lass.

If they are looking hot now, I don't mind seeing them as a man before. It'll make me appreciate more "how far they've come" and what they've achieved to look as hot as they do now.
Like the pics of Kim Carta up top. She looks so hot now, I'd still take her raw for as good as she looks now.

No, it is not a turn off. How many "beautiful people" started off as a bit homely and matured into some very beautiful people. It is no different, in my opinion.
