mostly for the girls about milk

My wife is getting breast implants by Dr. Preecha the end of this April and i was wondering (as i have run into many girls who experienced this but lack the language skill, interest, or don't know to tell me) why and if she might get breast milk after the implants i know the sudden drop in hormone level can trigger milk production as milk production is pitutary not ovarial(sp) but i wondered what the relationship is to breast implants that seem to increase the occurance ....? Also i know what the Dr. says but what is/was the "real recovery time" i think i might like to take the time off and take her and i to one of the quieter islands to recover. Lastly is there any special needs for her that will expedite her recovery or make it more comfortable? thanks Girls and Guys for that matter if you have gone through the process.
