If you pay for a very very expensive operation can you have babys?
Is this why some want to people became TG?
Would you want to have babys? How long does this process take?
is it quicker?
Scientists are working on this has it became ready yet?

Under the current scientific and surgical skill/knowledge, it's impossible for a Post op transexual to have children.
Vala,
Would be tough. Theoretically possible, but technically very difficult.
1st you would need a uterine transplant. Aside from some preliminary work (mainly in animals), this is still some time off. Still with such a procedure you'd need immunosuppressive drugs to avoid rejection. This is relatively nasty stuff... don't know how it would affect a fetus.
2nd you'd need eggs. This is would most likely be done via a donor and IVF.
3rd who knows how a birth canal created after SRS + uterine transplant would hold up during child birth. I'm guessing not too well. Also a male pelvis is less wide than that of a female causing more difficulties. A C-section would likely be necessary.
Yes- post ops cannot bear children. I doubt that there will be a major breakthrough to change that fact anytime soon, because-Quote:

Any idea of children being carried in an abdominal cavity is the stuff of comedy (and has been the subject of one particularly bad movie)
Pre-op TGs, on the other hand, cannnot give birth to children but can- stricly speaking- have children (and I can think of one at least that has) as long as they can still produce functional sperm and find a woman to bear and give birth to the child.
If enough people vote YES, then it will be possible. Sort of like a "wiki-truth."
I heard they are working on surgeries like this in Europe.
Yes.
Adoption.
Doesn't it involve ruby slippers and clicking your heels together?
