I have heard that some shemales have had operations to remove their balls and yet leave their cocks intact. I believe the operation is called an oridectomy or something like that. I would love to have you guys post some pix or vids of some shemales who have had this done. It has to be sexy looking

Personally, I had an orchiectomy almost five years ago (I did not save mine as a souvenir, sorry) and I have not had an ejaculate larger than an eye drop since. However, I have friends who have had the surgery who say that they can still produce normal levels of "fluid."
Likewise, some girls remain functional and retain their "natural size", while others don't.
