Help Finding a Story

I remember reading a story, either on here or on the Nifty archives, and now I can't find it.

It's about a couple who are trying to rent out their spare room, and a red headed woman comes to look at it.
The red head, in addition to having a huge cock, also has some sort of supernatural, irresistible seduction aura. The couple finds themselves completely in her thrall, as they both suck and fuck her.
