I think this is a difficult question because TS may be sensitive about their body improvements so might explain their reluctance to comment.
Presumably the various practitioners' clinics will have information packs or websites for some initial description of their offerings. Perhaps you might do better to talk to your TS friends next time you're with them although I appreciate that may be difficult.
