And there are any....Where?

There is one up here in Toronto/Mississauga, just on a wed night though.

A strip club entirely devoted to T-girls would prob not be financially viable in anything but the largest cities such as NY or SF. Doing a one night a week in smaller cities might be tricky just becuase in smaller cities there is a tendancy for a less enlightened outlook and acceptance of others.
theres a lot in Bangkok and other parts of Thailand
there was one in SF. it wasn't financially viable.
For it to work it would have to be just a few nights a week. Maybe if it was a male strip club and on a few slow nights they have tgirl dancers.
The Las Vegas Lounge was almost one but the city put a stop to the lap dancing
Did Diva's close? I guess not really a strip club per se...Quote:

Having recently returned from the bay area and having visited Diva's, one could make the argument that Diva's on Thursday nights is a strip club. Diva's Darlings (about 10 different women performing two sets each) perform on a small cozy stage around a bank of tables and start off their sets in skimpy sexy clothing and proceed to finish up in nothing more than panties and high heels. Some women are more revealing than others when approached with a tip, if you know what I mean. Hee-hee. They also offer private lap dances for $40.00 if one is so inclined. ...Isn't that what many straight male establishments basically do, barring whatever ordinances are in place?

I still can't get that gorgeous Jessica out of my head. Jaysus!
... Remember that a beautiful woman engaged in erotic gyrations around a pole is nothing but a catalyst for the most part; a starter point of sorts. It really comes down to one's imagination and libido to do the rest of the work. If one requires a beautiful woman to be draped all over them while she whispers sweet nothings in their ear to get them going, they've got issues. :)
Pretty much. Many areas tend to take the position that, to show any more than that (i.e. taking off the panties), clubs have to relinquish their alcohol licenses and become BYOB.Quote:

I am guessing a notable amount of the money these clubs make comes from drink sales, which makes BYOB a tough option. This could make it even harder to have a trans strip bar because, I am assuming, the guys would want to be able to see girls w/out panties.
High cover charges and drink sales for sure. Not many clubs have gift shops or mementos for sale to generate money otherwise, other than the occasional t-shirt or bumper sticker of the place. ...I've never heard of BYOB offered as an option. At least, not here in southern California.Quote:

It's a non-starter if it isn't full nudity in other words. I have to wonder just how much more business would a place like Diva's do on a Thursday night if it was all nude?
... Which are more successful overseas? The full nudie TS bars, or those that hold back?
I can't speak to overseas, but I wouldn't say its rare for a girl who is passable to work a normal strip bar and just not market themselves as being trans. As long as she can stay tucked, there are plenty of normal strip bars that (because of food/drink safety rules) require wearing panties anyway.Quote:
