If its done well, i would have to say castrated. Even how they walk is more feminine. As long as that's all thats removed, and nothing else.

I’ll take it or leave it. Not what I’m interested in anyway. Casterated if it makes her more feminine.
I had an experience with a ball-less girl a few years ago. She told me she had the snip at 19, and she was really feminine looking. She either had a lot of shrinkage or her dick was just small to begin with, I don't know. I have to say it looked really nice and tidy in its own way. I could really imagine being with someone like that again.
I generally like full post ops the most, but I quite enjoyed her.

If they are castrated then what's the point (if you are into trannies)? I would think that you would want them sexually responsive.
I'm "top" only, and really doesn't matter to me what they have down there, but… the more feminine, the better they are.
