He has previously made it clear in certain posts that his only concern is money - and this time he he has driven the message home defintively lest there should remain any doubters. The newsflash is that there is no such thing as a free dinner!
A little close - but certainly no cigar.
My only concern certainly is not money. If that was so, I would have ceased production, fired everyone - and milked the sites for all they were worth which would give me a rather handsome personal payout.
I also wouldn't be spending so much money and resources running the Trans Erotica Awards, or the Fallen Angels site, or my voluntary time on the FSC Board, or helping give so many aspiring industry or models advice and trying to platform them. I would certainly have closed some of the sites that just break even (but keep models and staff employed).
You're getting a free dinner here but it's meat and potatoes. If you want something a little elevated, be prepared to spend a wee bit money back into the industry.

As stated, I'm happy with people using content to illustate their posts, or make a point - but this isn't the place to be a free (stolen) porn collection site.
I'm still puzzled as to why you suddenly decided to crack down on what you seemed to be condoning previously. This is what you said in your 'Reminder of the rules' post two years ago:
4. You can show up to 12 images from any one scene. No more on subsequent posts. No cum shots. Images may not be cropped and must have original logos. These should be uploaded only to this site.
I've been away from the site for the past few weeks, so I might have missed something that led up to the great thread massacre, but my recollection is that posts in the deleted threads were largely within these rules. If so, the unanswered question is what rules will be applied going forward.
I would have thought that the money in porn these days comes largely from video clips rather than images. A lot of images are put in the public domain by the content creator themselves for promo purposes. My impression is that the great majority of images posted here fall into that category. If there was a serious problem with pirated images it seems puzzling that it wasn't addressed before.
Re: What's with All the Thread Deletions?
Not sure why folks are arguing/discussing this.
It's a one way discussion.
I'll be the first to admit I've posted a TON of pictures here - but I've also added discussion and general information posts as well.
No one is paying a dime here......Grooby sets the rules, one is free to stay or go.

They don't realize it's 2022 and free xxx is all over the web.
Rappers who made hundreds of millions off of Albums like Eminem, Jay Z, Nas, etc, this whole new generation all time their albums away for free now the day it drops on YouTube because they know it's all already free on the web and have found other ways to generate income like touring and merch again pod casts etc. It's been about 20 years since I have paid 1 cent on xxx and I have seen every seen I have wanted to see since as mostly everyone else. You have to move with the time, I'm from Queens even the Cosa Nostra changed its whole M.O

Address this already. Came on site, two pages of nothing but image threads. Neeeded to go.
Things change.
No images are 'public domain' from porn sites that's a fallacy. Sites do show some images for marketing, but the intention is not for them to be built into large image libraries, which become sites within themselves giving it away for free, and thus negating the marketing purposes.

It's not free all over, for everyone - and we spend a lot of money on anti-piracy which we've had some excellent success with.
Adult sites don't have the ability to 'play live' and make money from touring and over-priced tshirts, and even then a lot of music makes some revenue from the online streaming models (all of which are paid for) and in some ways this has been replicated by premium tube sites (Faphouse etc.) where a user pays a monthly membership which is then shared amongst the creators they listen to (or for adult - view).
You must be very proud of yourself having contributed absolutely nothing to our industry, while happily enjoying the content. Luckily for you, there are plenty of people who understand that in order for companies like ours to continue to produce this amount of new content, we have to pay to models and producers to make that content, and without them buying, it just wouldn't happen. We do change with the times which is why we continue to have a modicum of success and are able to continue to produce, paying hundreds of thousands back into trans women, and production. Changing with the times, also includes deleting all those threads that weren't helping anyone other than people like you.
You're only tolerated here, because you actually contribute to the forum, thus at least bringing some worth to it.

Wow...
It's your website, so your rules, but many of those threads had great photos that are now gone forever and it was great that they were all categorized and could be browsed by subject.
I was always under the impression that this forum was first and foremost a forum for trans people and people into trans women, and the images that were in those threads were a huge part of that. In other words..a porn site.
Some of those images led me to other sites (grooby and non-grooby) where I happily paid membership fees to see more content.
Given the thread deletions, the fact that some of the more recent topics are more of a " woke " nature, I am betting you will be seeing a lot less traffic. The fact (like it or not) is that most of us were coming here for those images and this forum quite possibly had the best source of trans images available anywhere.
Before someone pounces on me for the comment on the " woke " threads, I totally understand all that and respect it, and do support it in real life, but that doesn't mean I want to see it or read about it every time I visit this forum.
I hope you reconsider your decision and have backups to reload those threads from should you change your mind about this.
I'd also happily pay a membership fee if it means bringing all those great threads back...

That's the point though, it's not a pay site or a porn site for images - and charging membership fee to see images we don't own is a problem in it's own right.
Sincerely, when did you last pay for one of our sites?

last grooby subscription I had was earlier this year..without checking to be sure I think it was blacktgirls...I let it slide when some of my credit cards got compromised and for a few other reasons that aren't relevant here.
I am curious now though. You say it's not a porn site for images, yet I've been here since 2004 and it's always been a porn site with/for images...thats what? 18 years of hosting porn images...
Why end it all now? Like I said, your website/your rules and I respect that thinking, but this seems like drastic action...
It'll be interesting to see what becomes of this place. The images are what brought a lot of people here, and like I said before, while I understand/appreciate/support in real life the " woke topics " that are being posted, only a small handful of members are really interested in participating in those kinds of conversations...Just being realistic about that.

Over a 100 posts, really?
My post count number hasn't changed since all the threads have been deleted and I must have had a few hundred in amongst them. Nor did it change when the escorting section was removed, which probably accounted for over half of my posts on here. Your post count reads 5, methinks you're telling porkies...
