Will Ferrell and the Popcorn Song by POP! Gourmet Popcorn - YouTube

My all-time songwriting hero and inspiration, Ralph McTell, singing in his kitchen. It was listening to him that persuaded me to pick up a guitar for the very first time. So now you all know who to blame....
This song could have been written by Thomas Hardy. A ten-year old girl put it best, "He paints pictures in my head."

Ohhh, I love that! Here's a song about all you TS lovers out there!
I'm a backdoor man - Howlin Wolf
I stand corrected, old friend. And you know I'm joking. As we've discovered, we actually have a lot of music in common, somewhere in the deep vein of Americana.
Must try you out on some of mine some time - be warned though, I can make Leonard Cohen sound like the entire cast of Glee on amphetamines.
I'm clowning around too. You're actually reminding me of something. Please do keep posting in that other thread. There has been plenty of it I have enjoyed. If you posted something of yours I would surely watch/listen.
I like my daily quarrels with Prospero over the radio dial in the Brady Bunch Station Wagon.
Music you can like. As recommended by a tranny prostitute. Arbiter of taste.

Appropriately eclectic and quirky, Ms French. Loved the knowing bubblegum of your own effort - great vid too.
I've never dropped acid, but Primus gave me a pretty good idea of what it might be like. I know the Tom Waits - and love it - and know of There Might Be Giants. Corn Mo was great till the singing started. Liked Lysergic, and Dschingis Khan was a mashup of Abba, Boney M and an eastern European Eurovision entry circa 2002.
In the meantime, here's a gentle song from the Boss.
