Thought I would post a small update as I have not really done anything like this in a long time and I have made some huge changes in my life. At one point I was weighing almost 300 pounds and within the last year and a little I have lost almost half my body weight. All in a healthy way. I do not have an eating disorder nor am I an addict of sorts if thats what youre wondering lol. This all due to healthy eating and exercising. I have gone from wearing a size 18-20 jean down to a 5.... Best and most challenging thing I have personally done but so worth it!
