Supporn will flat out show you the door if the sack skin has been removed (his site says this). Its normal for the sack to get smaller from hrt or after an orchi, but that doesn't make the skin tissue 100% disappear. Having something to work with, even if it isn't alot, is way better then nothing at all- which is why so many surgeons will look down at the idea of trying srs on someone without any sack.
