Have you never made a bad choice?
Gender and sexuality for many people are represented by two fixed categories: male and female. But the reality is that these are not fixed categories, there are as many categories of identity and behaviour as there are people to invent them. It is only a serious issue for the individual concerned and those closest to them.
yes..very true .. its because they think its better living as a man..damn...right

Religion?
religion, family, money, partnership, overall dissatisfaction with the process and/or result...it doesn't really matter. there are also people that have actually reverted to their birth gender AFTER having the reassignment surgery.
these decisions are never superficial and obviously deeply personal so as a porn fan or even proud LGBTQQ advocate, we are not really in a place to question what anyone is going through if they suffer this decision.
Imo it’s probably family/relationship (this includes discrimination, bias in personal relationships and professional relationships etc)issues. Financial issues. Religious issues. In that order.
Transitioning is the most difficult thing a person can do. It involves changing everything about one's life, and is met almost exclusively with resistance from family, employers, and friends. The suicide and murder rates are incredibly high. Surely these factors weigh heavily on a decision to de-transition.
