How do i post pictures?

I too have this problem. First, try a find a set of instructions on this site that addresses this problem. It does exisit. I have a iPone 5s with the current OS. I follow the instructions but when I'm suppose to use the attach file icon I don't have that option on my phone. I've tried this many times and waisted hours looking for instructions on what I'm missing, thus I have given in and gave up.
