Things like that are so so sad. The importance of psychological counseling as tool of support and help to the girls in transition cannot be stressed enough. Unfortunately more money is spent on make up, and yes sadly enough drugs.

Agreed, but the silicone issues may explain the tone of the rest of her tweet. It can't be easy living, from such a young age, with the pain of a problem which she undoubtedly "regrets" and as you say, may never be resolved.

There are a number of black market people who do this in airport hotel rooms across the country.

Just because you look and sound ultra-feminine does not make the transition any easier. In fact, it makes the transition more difficult. The constant attention from fans who know no boundaries and constantly harass the girls. The men who do nothing but troll and abuse transgender women online.

At times being beautiful and an object of attention is not all it is cracked up to be.
