Edit profile photo

Hello.
I'm trying to upload a photo.
It meets all the criteria (less than 100X100 & only 41 kb), but i get an upload failed message.
What an I doing wrong?

What file format is the photo you're trying to upload, some formats have more restrictions than others?

Probably the easiest way round your problem is to convert the photo to a JPEG (.jpg) first. I think the only restriction on uploading those is that they must be under 1 Mb.

Hello, thanks for your help.
Yes, the file format is .jpg, but it still fails to up load.
I can upload pictures to my posts, so I'm stumped as to why the profile photo won't up load.
