I think if you're dealing with an experienced and full-time escort, they might play the "get to know you" game if it generates enough repeat business and a sufficient revenue flow, plus you're a polite and reasonable client.

Personally, I've known this one TG for 6 yrs now and have gotten to know her fairly well. Somehow we clicked. She was an escort when I met her, but presently has a partner now who lives with her.
