Former Big Brother winner Nadia Almada has appeared in court after allegedly hitting a man in a pub. If Shemales/Transsexuals get sent to jail do they go to men or women prison?

Here in the US they go as men, however, for her safety I hope they put her in her own cell.

Over here they go to the man's jail, however they are housed on a special wing.

surely even in the good old usa, you don't go to jail for hitting someone in a bar??

at least here in the UK she could claim to be an illegal immigrant, get state aid, get benefits, get free legal advice and then sue the taxpayer for millions of pounds - that's advanced civilisation for you!!
