BOTH parties are essential to answer the OP's question

the only STAND-OUT parties are the monthly's, usually held the night before rent is due for 98% of these broads....................... and I say STAND-OUT because you'll hear some dames say they never go to these parties they go to regular clubs, but when that rent is due WHOAAAAAAAAAAAA NELLY how they show up

LOL. Never really thought about that but I have been asked once at a party "hey can you give me 20 dollars? [for my good looks] my rent is due and I need the money".
