I would definitely choose Charger between these two, way more appealing than a Honda personally,also depends on where you live tho. Some european countries would have problems with parts/mechanics for Dodge whereas Hondas are way more common.

Honda = more reliable, better fuel economy, handles better, even though it's front wheel drive. Charger = bigger, sexier, probably plenty reliable itself. Honda would have better resale value down the road. V8 Charger would be fun, but I'm guessing you're looking at V6 if you're cross shopping Accord.
