Yes, I've searched and did not find any.

Does anyone know if they're any TS Porn production companies in New York?

If there isn't then why?

Why were you asking, are you looking for work?

Not looking for work.
I'm just curious why there are no porn production companies here.
We have some of the most beautiful TS girls that live and travel through NY that I find it strange that there's no production companies taking advantage of that.

People find LA more appealing?

SanDiegoPervySage that is a good question. LA is certainly much warmer and the scenery is prettier but other than that I don't know why it is that way.

I'm not disagreeing with you scorpeo777, however you may want to take a look at the EROS website, the top performers/escorts/sluts whatever you want to call them spend a lot of time in NY. I'm know LA and South FL have their share I'm just wondering why their is a lack of TS porn production companies here. Debating where the hottest girls are located isn't what this forum topic is about.

Los Angeles is the entertainment capitol of the United States and probably the entire world. There is access to the mainstream film industry, and rent is lower in the Valley than New York City. The weather is also much nicer.

There is a myriad of reasons why, the top of that list would include supply and demand, economics, and lack of willing talent. There is a vastly different dynamic in New York versus Los Angeles, and it has nothing to do with the weather. Yes, there is a bevy of gorgeous transgender girls within' the community here, 99% have zero porn star aspirations and the small percentage of girls who actually do make the train ride to do a shoot, do it primarily for the money with the impetus being surgery funding or other enhancement costs.

Girls can travel to LA, place an escort ad to supplement housing and travel expenses for say two to three weeks, then make the rounds with the several different companies and shooters based out of California and see a modicum of profit after their tour. It also offers the option to travel up to San Fran, or Las Vegas. Girls in New York are happy enough with the action they get at weekly parties and local escort ads, many that are from here either still live with their parents or don't want their families or community to find out they've done porn. Largely the girls that live in NY and have, or are willing to model, have migrated here from other countries, in many cases they appear on a site then disappear, either going back to their respective companies or Florida.

A sole company in this part of the country has higher overhead, and less content options. I used to shoot a lot more girls who were passing through or working for a couple of days in the city, they could normally find time in their schedule to do a shoot, and were happy to. Local girls can't even find their way on the train or show up on time if at all, let alone have the ability or impetus to do a professional style shoot. Subsequently the product you do see is from companies that come into the city and get girls through references and such, but it's become even more rare, I don't even think Joey Silvera comes back here much anymore to work.

So yeah, it's a novel idea and one I fully embraced and invested in for many years. Times have changed and though realistically the potential still exists, it would be a paramount task with respect to staying consistent. There are quite a few gay production companies, and a few niche based companies, but the days of Vanessa Del Rio, and Show World, and all the other fun debauchery that used to exist in our fair city is gone and replaced by Mickey and Minnie.
